Refund & Returns Policy

This policy applies to verified trade customers buying professional supplies from QuickStock Wholesale. Statutory consumer return rights do not apply to business-to-business sales; this policy sets out what we will do voluntarily.

Check every parcel within 48 hours of delivery. Report shortages, damage in transit, or temperature-compromised cold-chain product to /support within that window with photos of the parcel, packaging and product. Claims raised after 48 hours cannot be guaranteed.

If we confirm a manufacturing fault or transit damage we will, at our discretion, replace the item, issue store credit, or refund to the original payment method.

If we ship the wrong item, we will arrange free collection and dispatch the correct product on the next working day. Please do not open the incorrect item.

Unopened, sealed, in-date stock kept at the correct temperature may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit only, less a 15% restocking fee. Return postage is at the customer's cost. Cold-chain product cannot be returned for change-of-mind.

• Opened, unsealed or partially used product.
• Anything stored outside the manufacturer's stated temperature range.
• Training / demo / empty reference units once dispatched.
• Special-order or pre-order lines.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of us receiving the returned goods, or immediately as store credit if you prefer.

Email or message /support with your order number, codename/SKU and photos. Do not return goods without an authorisation reference — unauthorised returns may be refused.
