QuickStock Wholesale Ltd ("QuickStock", "we", "us") is a UK business-to-business wholesaler of professional aesthetic, beauty and training supplies. We supply verified trade buyers only.

What we are not. We are not a pharmacy, an online pharmacy, a prescriber, a dispensing service, a telemedicine or telehealth provider, or a manufacturer or distributor of regulated medical devices. We do not dispense prescription-only medicines (POM) to consumers, do not operate any card-not-present prescription service, and do not provide clinical advice.

Accounts are opened only for businesses and qualified professionals. By placing an order you confirm you are buying in the course of business, you hold the qualifications, insurance and registrations required in your jurisdiction, and that the goods will be used only for lawful professional purposes including demonstration, education, training and resale.

We may at any time request verification (insurance, qualifications, company documentation). We may refuse, suspend or cancel any account at our discretion.

All products are sold strictly for professional demonstration, training and B2B resale. Product listings on this site are for identification only and are not a recommendation, prescription or instruction for clinical use. You are solely responsible for assessing suitability, complying with the manufacturer's instructions and meeting your professional regulatory duties.

Where a product is labelled "Demo" or "Training", it is supplied as a non-functional or empty reference unit for educational use only and must not be applied to a person.

Prices are in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch. An order is accepted only when we send a dispatch confirmation.

Trade pricing tiers require a minimum sustained spend (currently £1,000 per rolling week) and remain at our discretion.

Payment is taken at checkout via our payment processor. We do not store full card details. We may decline or refund any transaction we believe is fraudulent, breaches these terms, or falls outside our scope of supply.

We dispatch from the UK on working days. Estimated delivery windows are indicative and not guaranteed. Risk passes on delivery to the address you supplied. You must inspect goods within 48 hours and report shortages or damage in writing within that window.

Returns are handled under our Refund Policy. As a B2B supplier of temperature-sensitive product, we do not accept returns of opened, unsealed or temperature-compromised stock other than where required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the goods in question. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, business interruption and loss of clinical outcome. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.

All site content, branding and imagery is owned by QuickStock or its licensors. Internal product codenames (e.g. LMK, LML) are used purely for SKU and operational purposes.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
